WONDEROUS WALLAMAN FALLS

The highest sheer drop waterfall in Australia, dropping more than 264m, Wallaman Falls is a must-see. It is recognised world-wide, and when in flood after heavy rain, the falls provide quite a spectacle. Set high in the mountains, surrounded by rainforest and eucalypts, it has sheer vertical cliff walls. It is also home to a good population of cassowaries.
